Overview
She Productions, are a theatre company and Charity (CIO) nestled in the heart of the East Riding of Yorkshire. Born out of a passion for storytelling, we are committed to using theatre as a force for positive change. Founded with a vision to inspire, engage, and empower, we strive to ignite the flames of imagination and leave audiences/participants empowered and inspired through captivating performances and bespoke outreach workshop programmes, we aim to kindle the spark of creativity that resides within every individual.
Our Mission
- SHE INSPIRES – Our family friendly musicals use original scripts, live music and vibrant sensory-based design to inspire younger audiences to enjoy theatre for the first time in an inclusive, informal environment.
- SHE ENGAGES – All our outreach programmes are bespoke to each group and engage participants through drama-based learning to encourage the discovery of personal creative expression.
- SHE EMPOWERS – Our new work and collaborations are driven by Northern female voices, we aim to empower and create a platform for these, often unheard, artists.
